If You Don't Know Where You're Going, How Will You Get There?

Sir Edmund Hillary did something huge. He climbed Mt. Everest. In fact, he was the first person in history to do so. Imagine for a moment, a reporter waiting at the bottom of Everest when Hillary finished. The interview might go something like this...

"Sir Hillary! How did you do such a thing? Many people tried to do what you've just done and most have died. Why did you succeed when nobody else could?"

Hillary scratches his head. "Well, I was just walking along and saw this hill. I figured I might try to climb it, just to see what happened..."

As ridiculous as the above sounds, this is the exact way many marketers approach their business. I'm amazed at how many people have no idea what they want. And those that do, usually think small.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret I learned while becoming a clinical hypnotherapist. OK, 2 secrets ... alright, you got me. Three secrets.

The first is that the subconscious mind creates your entire reality. All of it. Look around you. Your job, your car, your spouse, your health--all of this originated in your subconscious mind. Scary, isn't it?

The second secret is that the subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's imagined. This means that as far as the subconscious mind knows, your fantasies, dreams, and even your nightmares have all happened.

Another secret is that the subconscious mind tends to keep bringing you more of the same. For instance, if you're always broke, the natural flow of things tends to keep you that way.

So, if you're not satisfied with your life, how do you disrupt that natural flow and change course? It's been proven that if you keep an image in your mind that, over a period of time, the subconscious mind picks up on that image and acts on it.

There have been documented cases of people making themselves wealthy this way. So how do we use this to our advantage? As marketers, we can start by imagining huge things for ourselves. Why settle for a measly $10,000 a month when you could have millions? Why be satisfied with Everest, when you could have the stars?

Practically, this should take between 2 and 3 sessions a day. Each session should take about 5 to 10 minutes. Now, I can hear all you busy marketers out there moaning, "Great, another thing to squeeze into my 20-hour day!" But it's not like that.

In fact, if this imagining thing feels like work, then you're doing it all wrong. This is play. Fun time. You should be smiling, or even laughing while you envision your wants. If you do this enough on a consistent basis, your subconscious will pick up on it. You are essentially activating your mind to do the job for you.

How did Hillary do it? He became obsessed. He planned and thought about what he wanted. His first attempt at climbing Everest failed, but did he focus on that? Nope. He saw what he wanted, and I'm sure he imagined many times how his victory would taste. Likewise, if you plant the seed in your subconscious, nothing short of greatness awaits.

Creating Your Own Opportunities With Work-from-Home Online Jobs

Just 10 years ago, people would not have taken the opportunity of working from home using online technology seriously. Although there have been plenty of excellent home-based business ideas using the Internet appearing around that time, people were hesitant and even fearful to take the plunge. Today, however, things have changed. Working from home online is now one of the most convenient ways to earn an income. It's also the best way to create your own opportunities.

Where to find work-from-home online job opportunities

There are many genuine online work-from-home opportunities. The key is finding one that is a good match to your skills and interests, offers sufficient pay and is legitimate. Some of the best sources of information for online work-from-home jobs include:

Freelancing websites

The majority of the jobs online that you can work from home with are freelance jobs or project-based. Don't be put off by this. Many of the people who now work at home began as freelancers and project contractors. After being active in the industry for a while, they now enjoy a steady stream of income as a result of building their reputations and creating a good network of contacts.

Freelancing websites offer plenty of job opportunities for those who wish to work from home online. Jobs are arranged by categories such as industry, skill or even location, making them easy to find. Although there are sites that offer this service for free, many charge a small fee. Once you've become a paying member, you'll gain access to job notices or be allowed to bid on projects.

Job websites

Many people looking for work-from-home online jobs tend to avoid the bigger job sites, thinking that they only post permanent or on-site jobs. That's unfortunate because many of these sites also post freelance or project-based jobs, perfect for working at home. Many opportunities you'll find on these sites offer good income. Obtaining multiple jobs here is quite possible and is a great way to increase your income. Getting two or three good clients will also help you avoid 'dry spells'.

Online classified ads

Craigslist is just one example of a website that posts classified ads online. You may find plenty of job opportunities here but don't just limit yourself; there are others that you can use to search for work-from-home jobs.

Company website

More and more companies are offering project-based jobs and hiring private contractors. Industries such as customer service, computer applications and repair, health, medicine and publishing are quite active in this regard. An advantage here is that although you will not be hired as an employee, you will be assured of a reliable company to work with.

To find work-from-home online jobs being offered by companies, use a search engine and the appropriate keywords or visit company websites. Many of these work-at-home job opportunities are customer service jobs where you will be handling inbound calls. A few examples of these companies include Walgreens, Virgin Atlanta and J. Crew. However, there are others that may be a good match to what you're looking for, so search carefully.

Choosing your opportunity

Much of the success in a work-from-home online opportunity is dependent on what business or job you choose. Many of the unsuccessful attempts at running a home-based business or working from home are the result of wrong choices. Here are some factors to consider:

A good match

It's important to find a work-from-home online job that fits your skills, training and interest. If you know how to do your job, you'll become more productive and excel in your results. Furthermore, you will enjoy what you do.

A job you're equipped for

The kind of equipment required to perform the work-from-home job available is also an important consideration. Since it's an online job, you'll need a reliable computer and fast internet access.

You might also want to check if there are other equipment required in order for you to perform the job. Online medical transcription jobs, for example, will require headsets and a foot pedal to control the recorded file during transcription while a virtual assistant job may call for a fax machine, a printer and a separate phone line.

A legitimate online job opportunity

Probably the most important consideration you should keep in mind is determining if the work-from-home opportunity is a real one. Some job opportunities don't deliver on their promises while others are downright scams. Others make you put in a lot of effort for very little income.

To avoid failing in work-from-home online job opportunities, make sure they are legitimate. Check company backgrounds, participate in online forums or go to websites that review online income opportunities. That way, you will be able to avoid unnecessary expense or waste your time on a home-based job opportunity that will not give you the results you're aiming for.

Finding a profitable Work From Home Online idea is a matter of trying a few and selecting the one(s) that you are comfortable with. Persistence is key in finding this online business that will provide you with the necessary income that can take you out of the rat race. Visit my site and you will find many Legitimate Home Based Businesses that you may want to consider.

Health and Wealth

We all know that good health can positively affect us both physically and emotionally. But it can also have an impact in our financial well-being. In fact, studies have shown that healthy people are able to work more and be more productive, thus being more likely to be successful. Healthy people also tend to be happier and more confident in themselves, which can also breed success. Good health brings a positive outlook and, hopefully, good fortune. Investing in your health is well worth it. Here are a few simple tips to a healthier and wealthier life:

1.Utilize preventative medicine and tests to determine health risks early, and fend off future health and financial burdens. Recommended tests include body mass index, blood pressure check, gynecological exam, and physical exam.

2.Men and women over age 40 and 50, respectively, should talk to a doctor about taking a daily dose of aspirin to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke. It can cost as low as 10 cents a day.

3.Flossing helps to prevent gum disease, which can add 21% more to your healthcare costs than someone with healthy gums.

4.Try to get 7-9 hours of sleep every night, and try to develop a routine of going to bed and waking up at the same time every day. Lack of sleep increases your risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, and obesity. You're also less likely to catch a cold if you get more sleep.

5.Exercise for 30 minutes a day to reduce risks of obesity, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and many other illnesses. Even a brisk walk or a jog can help.

6.Quit smoking to save up to $5 a day and live long enough to see retirement.

Just as your health can affect your financial life, so can your financial problems affect your health. When you've got less money, you're more likely to think about your personal finances than your health and fitness. Stress and depression can occur in tough financial times, making it hard to get motivated. Situations like these make it all the more important to stay active, healthy, and in a positive frame of mind to dig yourself out of financial hardship. A healthy diet, home workouts, and running/jogging are excellent and affordable ways to stay in shape. Some healthy choices will cost you, like better food or a gym membership. If you choose to spend in those areas, try to reduce spending on other frivolous or unhealthy habits. This way, you can invest in your health and wealth at the same time.

Before starting any health and exercise regimen, you should consult your physician.

It Tastes Just Like Chicken

Chicken can be prepared in many different ways, be it fried, baked, broiled, fried, steamed, roasted, stewed, casseroled, or barbecued. It can be eaten hot, cold, in sandwiches, with or in salad, with chips, stuffed, marinaded, fine dining or fast food.

Chicken has been increasing in popularity since the second world war, where it was commonly eaten due to strict rationing of beef and pork, and since the outbreak of Mad Cows disease (Bovine spongiformencephalopathy) chicken has been the number one consumed meat in both Europe and the United States.

Chicken, as a food, has been observed on Babylonian carvings dating to around 600BCE. The modern chicken is a descendant of the red and grey junglefowl hybrids that were raised for food in Northern India thousands of years ago.

When someone says "it tastes just like chicken", it's generally because the fairly neutral flavour of chicken has been evoked. Quite commonly, due to the relatively unsophisticated palates of non-food professionals, the texture of what is being eaten will remind someone of the flavour of chicken. The human brain tries to simplify signal input, and so the brain may link up say the texture of crocodile (which is quite similar to chicken) with the flavour of chicken. As chicken is so common, this is what most people will automatically refer to.

The simplest, and the best way of preparing chicken is to roast it in the oven. A lot of people think that roasting chicken is a difficult prospect, but this couldn't be further from the truth. In order to ensure that your chicken is moist and juicy when served, it is essential to stuff it. Stuffing a chicken will mean that the cavity of the bird will not dry out, which is how the meat will also become dry. If you're not feeling like making a stuffing, then something simple like a peeled and cut in half onion, or a lemon cut in half can be inserted into the cavity.

A simple breadcrumb stuffing can be made by frying, in butter, a finely diced, medium sized onion with some garlic, and salt and pepper. This mix can then be added to two cups of coarse breadcrumbs and a cup of fresh chopped herbs (tarragon, sage or coriander (cilantro) is common). Combine the mix well, and then pack it into the cavity of the chicken.

Place a 1.5kg - 2kg sized chicken into a roasting pan, and rub some extra virgin olive oil over the chicken, and season well with salt and pepper. Put the pan into a hot oven, set at 220C (gas mark 7, or 425F) and cook for 45 minutes to an hour. The chicken is cooked when a skewer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh returns clear liquid. Rest the bird for 15 minutes and then carve. Serve with roasted potatoes and a green salad.

This will serve four people.

How Do You Make Money Online As an Affiliate Marketer?

One of the best pieces of advice anyone could give to you as an affiliate marketer is to find something in a small area of interest, or niche, that you have something knowledge about to make money online. Otherwise, you will have to spend time researching about the product that you plan to promote. It is a choice that is up to you as an affiliate, but remember that the secret is - it has to be something that people are "hungry" to buy or it is just a hobby NOT a business.

Plan To Do What Interests You

If you only try and promote something that is of interest to you without researching it to see if it is a hot product to sell or not, although you are interested and think others are as well, you may not make even one sale or you will be terribly disappointed and think about giving up affiliate marketing. People make money online by knowing what to do and how to do it!

Passion and A Hot Market Are A Winning Combo

Some preach that because you are passionate or just terribly interested in a particular subject, that the passion will shine through and you will make lots of money selling it. Oftentimes, this is not the case. If you love talking about knitting, for example, and there are buyers online that are looking for knitting supplies, you will come up dry with no sales.

On the other hand, if you choose a niche that is market-driven by hungry buyers, coupled with the fact that you know a lot about it, you have a gold mine and you will make lots of money online.

It Will Be Easy To Create Websites

It will be easy for you to create websites with the knowledge you already have at your disposal in your own brain. Promoting it will be a breeze and that is the benefit of promoting something you like and enjoy that is also a hot seller. That, my friend, is the winning combination in affiliate or niche marketing.

Life will be good!

Life will be good and you will be excited about sharing your knowledge with those looking for your expertise in a certain area. Just make sure that the product is one that is being searched for each month.

What's wrong with passion?

There is certainly nothing wrong with having a passion for a certain hobby or subject, but to make sales for a hot-selling product, you must have enough knowledge about it to effectively market it and make money online doing it. This is the secret to how to be an effective affiliate marketer and making tons of money online. It is as simple as that!

If you can read or type, even just a little bit, you can become an affiliate and generate lots of cash like a Big Dog Affiliate and work at home online. Want to know how to make money while you sleep? Run, don't walk to I Was Broke and make money today!

How to Make Blogger Money

Blogging for self-expression is well and good. But if you're going through all the trouble to write your thoughts down day after day, why not turn a quick buck from it as well? Blogging for money isn't new. Bloggers blogging for the pleasure of having a space to write their thoughts down eventually look for ways to make blogger money flow into their purses. It's inevitable. Sooner, rather than later, you'd be asking the very same questions everyone started out with - how do people make some extra cash online? Well, I've compiled three of the many sources from where blogger money flows freely:

1. Sponsors. Get a nice, loyal readership following and you get sponsors. These are businesses who realize the value of advertising directly to your audience. How do they do that? They pay for popular bloggers to carry their company logo on their sidebar or header. These banner ads or logos bring readers to their websites on click.

2. Advertisers. What's a common feature of thousands of blogs in the blogosphere? Text ads, of course. You see them all over the place - on margins, between blog entries and even between titles and the first line of each entry. Annoying short texts, eh? That helps make blogger money flow to a professional blogger's coffers.

3. Donations. Read that without batting an eyelash. Donation buttons have been around for some time. But the recent development is, it's not only found on charity organization's websites or on community project sites; popular blogs also carry donation buttons and it's not something to feel guilty about. Excellent content is a service to humanity. Through the generosity of a blog's readership, the blog lives on and continues to provide them with content.

Obviously, the key to the blogger money vault is having a following; a loyal readership community who follow your blog's every update. How to do that takes some work. The good news is, you can hire people to do the leg work for you.

Darlene Grisholm used to work three jobs just to keep her finances afloat. But that was before she discovered how to make money online. 5 Things to Do Now to Sell Your Home in 2009

You wouldn't think the housing market could get any worse than it is right now, but if conventional wisdom holds true, things will get even slower between now and February. Even in a strong real estate market, wintertime is the slowest season. So, if you aren't forced to sell now due to job change, relocation or other personal circumstance, you may be thinking of waiting until next spring to put your house on the market.

Instead of bemoaning the fact that the market is dead right now, use the next few months to start preparing your house for sale so that, when the market does start to turn around, you can act quickly.

Traditionally, Super Bowl Sunday marks the beginning of the spring selling season in real estate, which means you've only got about three months to get your house in shape. Here are five things you can do right now to get ahead of the curve and ensure your home is ready to hit the MLS in February:

1. Cut the clutter: If you're like most people, you've accumulated a lot of stuff over the years. Moving provides a great incentive to finally get rid of the junk you've been hoarding. Starting now will give you ample time to take that trip down memory lane as you go through old papers, letters, photographs and other mementos. If you set aside a couple hours to do this each weekend, by February you will have weeded out a lot and moving will be much less stressful.

2. Improve curb appeal: Your yard will still be frozen on Super Bowl Sunday, so it makes sense to get some of those outdoor chores done now, while it's still relatively mild out. Clean up the yard, edge the beds, fertilize the lawn and plant clusters of bulbs for a show of color in the spring. Make sure your front entry is as inviting as possible. Give the door and door frame a new coat of paint, polish the door knocker and make sure the house numbers, mailbox and porch lights are in a consistent style. In addition to making the house more attractive to future home buyers, you'll also impress your holiday guests.

3. Paint the interior: Nothing will give you more bang for the home improvement buck than a fresh coat of paint. Keep your potential buyer in mind and go for a neutral palette. Using the same color family in adjoining rooms will improve the flow of the house and tie everything together. And remember, neutral does not necessarily mean white or beige. In fact, white can be quite stark and cold, while beige can be boring and blah. Go for warmer tones in the main living areas to make the rooms more inviting.

4. Donate to a good cause:This is the time to edit your wardrobe. Take everything out of the closet and force yourself to let go of those 80's outfits and anything else you haven't worn in a year. Be ruthless about what you get rid of. You will thank yourself when it comes time to move. This is also a great time to collect all the winter coats, boots and gloves your family has outgrown or grown tired of and donate them to the needy. Several organizations do winter coat drives for the homeless this time of year and would be thrilled to have your cast-offs.
5. Make a list of needed repairs: Go through your house, inside and out, and look at it objectively, as a buyer would. Write down everything that needs fixing. These are things you simply must take care of before listing your house. Otherwise, buyers will see small problems and wonder what bigger problems await them. Call a handyman and get those repairs done of by the end of January.

There will be lots more to do when your listing date gets closer, but taking care of these things now should make the whole process less stressful.

How To Buy The Perfect Home With A Good Resale Value

Its one of our biggest investments and some of us are doing it more than once during our life.

Like many things in our life that have changed dramatically, so did our habitation practices. Most of us dont stay in one house for the full duration of our lives as it used to be for many people in previous generations.

Our modern dynamic life style and economy, calls for flexibility, mobility and frequent changes, People are following their jobs and careers even if it means moving from one side of the nation to the other.

This tendency is in line with our culture of consuming society. We replace everything faster, we treat cloths, cars (some just lease), refrigerators and our dwellings like fashion items
with short longevity.

When we decide to buy a house we need to think in terms of sort to medium range periods of time and that should bring us to consider the resale value of our home in the future.

Buying a home with good resale value might take a little longer, and it might take a bit more work on your part, but you'll love the payback later, when it sells quickly and puts extra money in your bank account.

The first consideration should be your family needs but its cleaver to keep an open mind about what might suite future buyers as well.

The most important three factors are: location, location and location... :-)
Indeed, its first thing to consider when looking for a home. So, what makes a good location?

There are some general elements which are obvious like:

- Does the neighborhood have easy and fast access to the
schools, shopping centers and country club.

- Its wise to pick a house that is located relatively elevated
above the area, that can provide two advantages: a flow of
good air and a nicer view.

- How many neighbors are adjacent to you and/or across you in
proximity, off course the less the better.

- A house located at the end of the street will suffer less
noises from the neighbors and their guests. If the street is
a dead end its even better. A corner house may have more
light and air.

- The positioning of the house towards the north if its a warm
area as opposed to the south in cold areas. In general,
a rule of thumb and this one is general and found right to
many locations around the world, as strange as it may sound,
the northern neighborhoods are usually more desirable than
the southern ones exactly as the western ones are more
prestigious than the eastern ones.

- The size of the lot, its shape and the square footage of the
house itself. If the majority of buyers in your area are
young families with children, consider a house with a large
yard that's not fronted by a busy street.

- There are many other environmental aspects to consider with
respect to personal preference like a green agricultural area
vs. urban area, quality of schools and other social services
and facilities.

In addition to these external considerations there are many important internal elements that can make a house quality higher and buyers are always looking for, such as:

- Closets, lots of closets and with as much additional storage
space as possible.

- Light and bright - Homes with lots of natural lighting are
very popular.

- Split bedroom plans, with bedrooms on each end of the home,
are increasingly popular with buyers.

- If you live in a scenic area, having a view can help you sell.

- Plenty of bedrooms, baths and Rest rooms.

- Large and convenient kitchen with as many cabinets and
cooking space as possible.

- The tendency to work from home calls for a suitable room to
be set as a home office.

- Laundry and dryer machines located at the same level as the
bad rooms.

- A spacious basement is a plus.

Features to avoid

- One bath homes sell for significantly less than homes with at
least two baths and they take longer to sell.

- Electric baseboard heat and electric ceiling heat are not as
desirable as central heating systems. A fireplace in the
living room is a plus.

- Tubs and showers in outdated colors, or scratched from years
of improper cleaning, might be hard to change without ripping
out doors or walls.

- Popcorn ceilings date a house, you know, those bumpy ceilings
that were so popular in the 1970's.

Your first objective is to buy a home that's right for you, but do consider its resale value before you make the final decision, especially if you know you'll move again within three to five years. A careful purchase now will help give you extra funds to move up with the next time you buy a home.

Home Inspections

Depending on the type of financing you choose, there should be either 2 or 3 separate inspections on the home you want to purchase.

The first should be your own basic inspection (see the bottom of this page for what to look for), the second should be a professional whole-house inspection by a reputable person. Should you select a government loan (FHA or VA), the third inspection should come at the time of the appraisal, which to some degree amounts to a "mini-inspection." Do not, however, rely on this appraisal as your only inspection of the property!

We cannot emphasize enough the value and necessity of an extensive home inspection. Many home purchasers, either in the desire to save the $250 to $500 that a good inspection costs, or due to simple ignorance, have spent enormous sums of money repairing items that any good home inspector would have pointed out.

Any offer to purchase you make should be contingent upon (subject to) a whole house inspection with a satisfactory report. Do not let anyone not the agent, not your family or friends, and especially not the seller--dissuade you from having the property thoroughly inspected!

Not only will you sleep much sounder after you have moved into the house, a professional inspection can give you an escape hatch from a contract on a defective house. If the contract is written contingent on an acceptable inspection, any defects in the home must be either repaired or monetarily compensated for.
If you are not satisfied, you have the option to cancel the contract.

4 Power Tips for Choosing Repossessed Estates from State Auctions

If you are looking to make a good profit from buying and selling repossessed estate from state auctions, then you are on the right track. There is a good market from the real estate sector, and it is especially lucrative if you consider the good margin you can get from selling good land that you have bought at a markedly lower price.

The secret to making good profit form real estate is to research well into prospective lands and buying right. You will do well to look into needs and requirements of the market you are looking to sell to. Once you have done that, you can then look for matching properties that you can sell at a good price.

State auctions are a great way to acquire great real estate at a low price. Once you have scouted the repossessed list and have an estate locked in target, you can then proceed to working towards purchasing that estate.

When a property owner is unable to pay his or her mortgage and is defaults on debts, that person may have property repossessed. While not all of these properties are desirable, there are those that are worth the toil and trouble of auctioning and will surely sell for a good price.

Keep the following in mind when looking for repossessed real estate.

1. Look for bargains the prices on repossessed estates will run the gamut from cheap, to exorbitant. The quality and desirability of the estates will run from good to bad. Your goal here is to find, within the labyrinth of available housing, a good house at a low price.

Many real estate agents have contacts that can make already marked down housing more attractive price-wise. Talk to your agent or to the supervising organization for bargains in this regard.

2. Dont get discouraged - There will be those that will try to discourage you from participating in such state auctions. However, take the negative with a grain of salt. Truth be told, even some real estate agents will try to discourage you.

However, there is always that jewel in the rough for you to find. Although it may take a little shaking, you will be able to find it, and when you find it, it is sure to make it worth your while.

If your real estate agent tries to discourage you from such business, you may want to try consulting with other agents regarding the matter.

3. Check for Events Check with local newspapers and other sources for the latest listings and nearest auctions to take place. Even during boom times when estate can sell within weeks there will always be good bargain real estate available. Just keep digging and you will get to a gold mine.

You could consult with the internet to find updated, comprehensive, and informative information on latest auctions and properties. Make good use of this handy tool now.

4. Check the property very well Dont go for just pictures and written information. When purchasing a real estate from an auction, you would do well to check every corner, every detail of the property. Look closely for damage, disrepair, and desirability of the neighborhood, potential hazards and others before purchasing the estate.

If you doubt your estimating powers, hiring the services of a professional contractor to survey the estate is not beyond the pale.

Preparing Your House Before Putting It On The Market

It goes without saying that preparation is the key to getting things done. With your home, you have to give it the once over to impress potential buyers.

Preparing Your House Before Putting It On The Market

Before you go out on a date, what do you do? You clean up and put on your best outfit in an effort to make the best impression. When it comes time to sell your car, what do you do? You wash and wax it all in an effort to make it look as good as possible before potential buyers come to look at it. This general approach of preparation is true for everything from job interviews to meeting a potential client. Well, your house is no different.

If you are planning on selling your house, it needs to look as appealing as possible. Most people know this, and take basic steps to clean a property up. This is a good move, but going the extra yard can make a big difference. Here are a few tips.

Practically every house has that one room that is pretty bland. It is pretty bland and you often use it as a throw away room. It may have basic furnishings, but is not used all that much. If this is the case with your house, then you need to think about plants. Plants are the great indoor decorator. If you have a room with a drab looking wall or corner, you should consider a tall plant. A personal favorite is a palm that is tall and leans out into the room. Whatever you choose, the plant will help break up the boring room and give it more style.

Another thing that often needs to be addressed is the size of rooms in your house. With modern homes, it seems there is always one room that is so small it seems like a closet. If this is the case with yours, then you want to focus on paint. Light colored paint makes a room look bigger, sometimes much bigger. Take the time to paint the room and it should be less obvious that it is small.

At the end of the day, there are a lot of things you can do to spruce up a home. Plants and painting are relatively cheap and fast ways to make a big impact.

Buying an Affordable Foreclosed House at Auctions

First things first, a house that is foreclosed is actually a result of a particular individual or the past owner's house's being - unfortunately - closed.

The house's previous owner is then unable or no longer want to take that particular house back via releasing that house after paying the appropriate dues on its mortgage.

When such an event happens, the specific house is then overtaken by a financier, or the lender, mortgager, and is thereby put up as resale. This is in order to get one's money back via reselling that house via an auction, or by any other similar means.

Usually, the reason why foreclosed houses exist is the present owner of the house's present financial problems.

How would one find out about foreclosed houses?

Is there a specific way to find out where foreclosed house auctions are available? Believe it or not, houses that are foreclosed are usually advertised in the local media and the newspapers.

The agents of real estate also usually have vital info on houses that are foreclosed.

Also, county and local courts also have info on such houses and so anyone could advise anyone who needs such details on the foreclosed house deals that are currently available.

Is there a best way to buy a house that is foreclosed?

Believe it or not, it is through auctions that are conducted in court which is considered as the best and profitable way to purchase a house that is foreclosed.

The reason for this is that there are little risks when one buys through court auctions especially when the specific house is bank foreclosed by the Urban and Housing Development.

Is it good to buy a house that is foreclosed?

This questions always looms especially on those people that are first timers in the real estate purchasing field.

Believe it or not, a foreclosed house is actually less expensive compared to purchasing a normal and regular house.

Differences and discounts could range from anywhere from fifteen percent to fifty percent.

This therefore allows someone to pay a down payment that is significantly lower, thereby helping an average house buyer to be able to afford a particular house in the real estate booming market.

Also, it is a lot easier to finance such houses by one hundred percent in some of the cases.

Check and double check

Just like in any other decision, there are always advantages and disadvantages that come along the way.

What is important are that the following factors are considered and thoroughly checked prior to purchasing a foreclosed house.

What is the house's condition? Add to the house's cost its current tear and wear condition as such repairs could add up to its cost in the long run. Usually, the one responsible for fixing up the place is the house's buyer, at least in most of the cases.

It is also vital that a house inspection is conducted. This is because once a particular house is sold and bought, the deal has technically been made and is irreversible.

All in all, it is necessary that one take all precautions when obtaining all the pertinent info prior to purchasing a house that is foreclosed.

Always remember that when cautiousness and carefulness is practiced, the dream of having to own the house you have always wanted is clearly within reach. This could prove to be beneficial for you in the long run.

It is very unlikely that you have never heard of a blog but in case your in the dark her are the simple facts.

It is simply like keeping a diary you write a long or short version every day about whatever interests you.

The internet is full of facts, take for instance the Wikpedia encyclopedia it contains facts about every thing under the sun and if you are stumped for ideas just go and take a look.

You can find a blog website anywhere on the internet and they are free to join and won't cost you a single cent. Its a great bonus as you don't need a domain name and hosting is free.
An excellent site is Sir Look it is so simple to use and it gives you loads of information on what to do to make money.

To write money making blogs, keywords are of great importance so when you decide what your subject is to be you need to go to a website like http://www.goodkeywords.com/. you can download this absolutely free it will be your most important link to blogs.

Let us say your blog is about your favourite pet an Alsatian. That will be your main keyword (Alsatian) so you put that in the section to find your list of keywords.
Each keyword will tell you how many times it was searched for in the last month so you can choose a list of keywords to place in your meta tags and the most important to you in your title.

Another good use for it is that if you get stuck for ideas on what to write about just place a keyword in the search engine search box and all sorts of info will come up about your subject.

Below is the steps to take to get started:

Step 1. Decide on something you would like to write about, it might be a favourite hobby or to do with business, it might even be about the daily happenings in your family life. In fact anything at all that interests you.

Step 2. Choose a blog site.

Step 3. Join up free

Step 4. Decide on a name for your blog using your main keywords.

Step 5. Choose from the templates they provide as your blog background.

Step 6. Write your first blog.

Now you will need to edit your template you will find instructions on where to go on the website. first of all add the title and a meta tag with the description of your blog using the keywords you have chosen. this is usually placed right next to the title.

Now to make money join Google Adsense program you will find easy instructions on the site explaining what steps to take.
Place the adsense ads html in the template section below body, you can check if it is placed right by pressing review. If it is not correct then play about trying different places until it comes up correctly. I found this was the easiest way with my first effort.

You now have your money making blog, but the next step is to add your blog url to the blog directories, again just put blog directories into the search to find a full list will come up.

Each time you ad a post to your blog you then ping and the directories will receive your new posting. This is easy in the Sir Look blog as it is part of their site. It sends pings to main directories.

Once you have your first blog up and running it is time to go on to your second, you can have as many money making blogs as you wish, some people are making thousands of dollars a week doing this.

If you decide it is to be your full time job then do as many as you can manage in one day.
You can expect to wait about three months to start making money but that is much quicker than waiting for your website to rank well.
